Scope And Objectives

The workshop seeks to present the most recent research on the physical and economic impacts of air pollution on cultural heritage buildings, monuments and artifacts. The workshop will provide input to:

  1. Revision of the Cost-Benefit Analysis of the Clean Air for Europe (CAFE) Program;
  2. Future reviews of the 1999 Gothenburg Protocol which will be formally initiated after entry into force of the Protocol.
